Air Intake and
Extract Ventilation Systems
It is a prerequisite that all buildings, old or new, must provide a way of creating a balanced change of air into and out of a building, as laid down by government HSE legislation. Whatever the size of your premises, we can select the correct products to suit your application whether the system is just a wall fan or a fully integrated ducted balanced ventilation system.
All the products will meet with the relevant British Standards Regulations and our ductwork, rectangular or spiral wound, shall be manufactured and installed to comply with DW142 and DW144 Specifications.
Kitchen extraction canopies can be manufactured from stainless steel or GBM sheet steel. Each kitchen canopy would be complete with filter bank housing and grease filters, oil traps/trays.

Sometimes introducing ambient outside air during the winter can be uncomfortable for both your staff and customers. AIR SUPPLY SYSTEMS LTD can design, supply and install a very competitive and reliable range of ducted electric heater batteries installed within purpose built GBM sheet steel casings, whether rectangular flanged or circular spiral wound.
Control panels
AIR SUPPLY SYSTEMS LTD can design, supply and install fully integrated control panels to control all your HVAC services. Panels will operate single or three phase electrical supply, depending on the application. Each panel will include fan contactors, door lockable isolators, front panel rocker switches, front panel warning lights and programmable 7 day time clocks, all as standard, providing you with very cost effective and reliable controls, enabling you to forget all those separate switches and remote controllers.
Gas-fired Warm Air Heating
Ducted gas-fired warm air heating systems can provide economical heating to large retail units and warehousing facilities. Each unit would include all necessary controls to comply with current gas statutory regulations.
AIR SUPPLY SYSTEMS LTD can supply and install any number of units and flue system types 1 to 250 to suit all applications (whether the units are ceiling suspended and flued through the roof or floor standing and flued through the wall). Units can have directional air spigots or can be ducted depending on the application you require.

We can provide a wide range of equipment from desk-top units, in-ceiling units (which can be a very unobtrusive way of cleaning the air), to full ducted high filtration systems including carbon and HEPA filters for clean room applications.
