Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Ltd.
For over ten years, Air Supply Systems have designed, planned and installed Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems for Ladbrokes’ premises throughout Scotland and the North East of England and also several premises in Ireland. Brewers & Hotels
Air Supply Systems have designed and installed various projects throughout the U.K. for the major Breweries and Hotel chains. Scottish and Newcastle, Alloa, Punch Taverns and Forte Hotels are just a few of the blue chip companies in this sector to whom we have provided our services. The projects range from Supply and Extract Ventilation systems in bar areas to fully integrated bar and restaurant Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Heat Recovery systems. Due to current market trends to provide freshly cooked food in licensed premises, there is a requirement to install Kitchen Extract Canopy Ventilation systems, and we are successfully providing outstanding service in this sector of the market as we have the ability to deliver the full design and installation package to our clients.
T M Retail Group
Air Supply Systems were first approached by T M Retail over twelve years ago to help them solve problems relating to high temperatures they were experiencing within many of their shops; the high heat gains were coming from freezers, chiller cabinets and solar gain. Due to these conditions, most shops were experiencing problems in keeping the confectionery in saleable condition as most of it was melting on the shelves. These problems were resolved by the installation of ceiling mounted cassette air conditioning units. As with many of our retail clients, an optimum retail area is essential so our solutions are tailored to achieve this. The service that Air Supply Systems provided has allowed us to carry out projects all over the U.K. for all the companies operating under the T M Retail group umbrella, such as Martin McColl, R S McColl and Post Office Counters.
Parklands Country Club
Parklands Country Club is one of Scotland’s premier Health and Fitness Centres, and over many years we have provided the design and planning for the installation of Heat Pump Air Conditioning equipment to the Lounge Bar, Restaurant, Offices, Hairdressing Salon and Fitness Studios. As this premier complex has expanded, we have also designed and planned the installation of large ducted package systems to the Creche Area and the Aerobics Suite.
Cult Retail
Cult Retail outlet in Glasgow was experiencing cold conditions in the winter and high temperatures in the summer months within their retail area and were concerned about the effects this was having on staff and customers. Following a site survey and discussions with the clients on the design and budget, we installed an inverter VRV Heat Pump System connected to a range of Roundflow Cassettes located within the retail area. With restrictions on plant location, the condensing unit was sited within a purpose-built internal plant room which entailed the removal of a large window which was replaced with coloured aluminium louvred sections to blend in with the external building décor. The condensing unit was connected to a ductwork system to provide supply and extract air. The phasing of the project was carried out outwith the shop trading hours to minimise disruption to the client.
FAB 24 Ltd.
On the recommendation from one of our clients, Fab 24 Ltd asked us to carry out a site survey and to find a solution to meet their requirements. Air Supply Systems, working in partnership with the client, was pleased to install several Multi Split Heat Pump Systems within their offices to create comfortable working conditions. The project was phased to suit the client’s very busy office operation and to minimise disruption. With the installed systems carrying a 3 year warranty, we provided the client with an on-going maintenance plan to ensure that the life cycle of the equipment would be met.
